Community Association Network

Building, Sustaining and Preserving Communities

C.A.N. can.

Advice. Support. Advocacy.

CAN is dedicated to protecting property values and improving quality of life for residents of Community Associations throughout the United States.

We advocate at a national level on behalf of tens of thousands of communities, including condominiums, homeowners’ associations, mobile home communities and cooperatives. CAN monitors and responds to legislation that can significantly impact members and provides educational resources to promote excellence in association management. Additionally, CAN produces and analyzes research about the attitudes, opinions, understandings and perceptions of the general population of community association residents to better understand the needs and concerns of this important population segment.

Garfinkel Law created CAN to serve its many association clients; Garfinkel attorneys are nationally recognized authorities on association legal issues.
