As Corporate Counsel:
- We prepare articles of incorporation and initial corporation documents to be filed with the State
- We act as Registered Agent for the Corporation and accept service of legal documents to ensure they are properly and timely addressed.
- We draft, revise and amend corporate documents and file the documents in the appropriate venue.
- We prepare contracts with vendors and other corporate relationships.
- We review insurance coverages and claims.
- We address general personnel matter.
- We review contracts of vendors.
- We address general liability concerns.
- We assist in creating corporate policies.
- We represent and defend in general litigation matters, from the onset of the case to the end.
- We assist in securing experts for the corporate client.
- We assist in securing specialized legal resources if necessary and monitor their activity and work.
- We prepare legal opinions and recommendations for the Corporate Client.
- Participate in Arbitration where warranted, as well as other conflict resolution meetings such as informal settlement conferences, pre-suit mediations, etc.
